Here I go AGAIN...
Since returning to the friendly (or not so friendly) skies, my Paleo diet has been questionnable to say the least. My nights in Portland, San Francisco, Chicago and other parts of the nation have been filled with too many Caramel Brulee Lattes, Deep dish pizzas, VooDoo Doughnuts and sandwiches from Bonne Sante (inclusive of the dutch crunch roll)…FOR SHAME!!! “It’s hard,”...
