6-13 Wrap up
pre-WOD
1 whole apple (2C)
WOD

= 4 rounds + 10 kbs
Breakfast/lunch
2 eggs w/ 1/3tsp olive oil and spinach
1 cup blueberries
2tbsp avocado
= 2P-3C-3F
Snack
1 cup grapes
9 almonds
= 1C-3F
Dinner (Kotosh, pictured)
cebiche de pescado - didn’t eat the corn nuts, nor the corn, nor the sweet potato
2 garlic seared yellow tail 
= ~7P
* also had 3 Sierra Nevadas and a shot of Jager later that night…not sure how many ounces are in each.  is a shot 2oz? either way, i had a decent buzz going and i was still within my alcohol limit and they were bad carbs.
