- 1 cup strawberries
- 9 almonds

WOD
Travel 400m by doing the following:
5 lunges
10 squats

* This was HELL!!!!!! Marcus is on my sh*t list because of it! 3 days later and I still can’t walk normally
Snack

Dinner
- 4oz beef
- 1 1/2 cups mixed veggies (broccoli, bok choy)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 12 almonds
