Breakfast
2 eggs w/spinach, 1/3tsp olive oil and 1oz cheese
1 cup strawberries
9 almonds

Lunch (pictured)
5oz chicken cooked in olive oil
2 1/2 cups broccoli
1 cup pineapple
= 5P-4C-2F
WOD
Travel 400m by doing the following:5 lunges10 squats
= 57:57
* This was HELL!!!!!! Marcus is on my sh*t list because of it!  3 days later and I still can’t walk normally
Snack
1 apple (2C)
Dinner
4oz beef
1 1/2 cups mixed veggies (broccoli, bok choy)
1 cup blueberries
12 almonds
= 4P-3C-4F
Daily total: 12P-11C-10F
